Trust Special Train 2009
The Trust's annual 'Special Train' ran on Saturday 20th June and was a
great success with 250 passengers making the journey from Bishops Lydeard
to Minehead and return behind No. 88.Some passengers also disembarked at
Washford and Dunster.
Trust Chairman Godfrey Baker said " It was a great
day out for everyone, an added attraction this year was that 88 was turned
at Minehead so both the outbound and return journeys were made smokebox
first. Once again thanks to all the volunteers who helped on the day and of
course to the West Somerset Railway".
Below is a selection of photographs taken during the day.
