Model Railway Exhibition on Track for Edington

Details have been finalised for the Trust’s Annual Model Railway Exhibition. The Exhibition will be held at Edington Village Hall near Bridgwater on Saturday and Sunday January 2nd and 3rd 2010.

Opening times will be Saturday, 10.am to 5.pm and Sunday, 10.am to 4.30 pm. There will be trade stands including the Trust’s own stand, Ron’s Lines, Iron Horse Productions, Bridgwater and South Somerset Area Group stands and refreshments at Pat’s Kitchen. Author Alan Hammond will be present with his Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway books.

Layouts confirmed are:

  • Sandy Lane 2000, modern image MPD 00 gauge
  • Rosenbach G scale
  • Bodmore Vale N gauge
  • Bovington Camp and Harchester S.P + demo 00 gauge
  • West Pennard Somerset & Dorset layout 00 gauge
  • Brockleigh N gauge
  • Burnham on Sea Model Railway Group’s new 00 gauge layout

There will also be modelling demonstrations. See you there !.
