Bath Green Park wins!

Pictured are the modelmakers of the Taunton Model Railway Group, with the cup they recently won for their model of Bath Green Park.

The Hornby model railway magazine held a readers' competition for the best featured layout of 2007, and the Taunton Group was voted the winner. The award was made at the recent Thornbury model railway exhibition.

David Butcher, Secretary of the Group, said: "Needless to say we are very pleased by the victory. And we are much indebted to the Somerset & Dorset Railway Trust for the considerable support given in the original research for the model".
