The West Somerset Railway Somerset & Dorset Steam Spectacular : The Video of the 2006 Spring Steam Gala Filmed from the footplate, trackside and at many locations, this digital widescreen production features action on the WSR at the commemorative Galas of the 40th anniversary of closure of the Somerset & Dorset line. Also included is footage of driver training at Washford in November 2005, the SDRT special train on 4th March and 53809 at Bath Midland Station on 5-6 March. Locomotive classes associated with the line are featured past and present. Memories of the railway from those who remember it are included too.
